Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free standard shipping on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping time
- Standard shipping: 7-15 business days from order date
- Items ship from our fulfillment partners. Shipping times depend on carrier capacity, your location, and demand.
- Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us about delays.
Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No order minimum.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, email support@veyune.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, email us with your order number — we'll either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Address changes
Email support@veyune.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
Wrong address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
