How returns work
- Email support@veyune.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.
- We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
- Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
What qualifies for a return
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products in their original packaging when possible
- Items returned in damaged or unsanitary condition (after extensive use without packaging) may receive partial refunds at our discretion
Defective or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
